About

Howdy! I’m Patrick, an engineer on the Safari Core Technologies team and previously on the WebKit Developer Experience Team at Apple. Before Apple, I specialized in solutions for entertainment environments, including theatre, trade show booths, interactive art installations, and more leading Software Design and Development at WorldStage, where I developed custom software for shows as well as products like GridBuilder for generating video test patterns and Waltz, a node-based show control platform powering installations at venues like Madison Square Garden and shows like The Cher Show on Broadway.

The software I’ve written has been used around the world, including broadway shows and in the pockets of thousands of lighting designers.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with a degree in Design and Production with a focus in Lighting Design.
